Gretchen Yaeger, Office Manager
I am a native of Roseburg and I have worked in the dental profession for eighteen years. I joined Dr. Putman’s staff in November, 2005. I attended dental assisting school and received my Expanded Function Dental Assistant and Radiology Certificate. My husband, Chad and I have one wonderful son and a beautiful Doberman. We are a very active family, always on the go to sporting events and camping. I enjoy volunteering in our community and spending time with family and friends. I look forward to meeting you! We will greet you with a smile and treat you like family!
Susan Putman, Assistant to the Office Manager
I am the newest member of the staff, and I am enjoying the opportunity
to be part of the Putman dental office team, and getting to know
our patients and become familiar with the office practices! I’ve
have had an Interior and Landscape Design business for over 30
years, and I am a professional member of the American Society of
Interior Designers. Since our move to Roseburg in 2004, I’ve been
involved doing volunteer work, and currently serve on the board
of CASA of Douglas County.

Diana Keady, Dental Assisting and Radiology
I am originally from Coos Bay and moved to Roseburg in 1998. Since then, I attended Umpqua Community College, where I received my EFDA certificate in Dental Assisting and Radiology. I’ve been working in the dental field for over 11 years, and have had the pleasure of working for Dr. Putman since October of 2007. Our office provides the utmost quality of care in a fun and inviting atmosphere, with lots of laughter and smiles. I enjoy visiting with our patients and getting to know them, as well as learning new skills in the dental field. I’ve been married to my husband, Joe, for over 13 years, and we have two handsome boys, Wyatt and Trevor, a Chesapeake Bay Retriever and two cats! When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, camping and doing crafts.
Tami Warren, RDH, Dental Hygienist
I have been working in the practice as a dental hygienist since
1996. I graduated in 1994 from Lane Community College, with an
Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene. I was born and raised in the
Roseburg area, and grew up participating in the 4-H programs with
my dogs and horses. I am married, and have two girls that share
my love of animals and singing! I volunteer as an assistant 4-H
leader, and participate in dog shows (we show Brittany Spaniels!)
and help coach their sports teams.
My goal as a dental hygienist is to provide the instruction to
help my patients maintain a healthy smile, combined with a thorough
and gentle cleaning.
Shelly Hendricks, RDH, Dental Hygienist
I have been a dental hygienist for eleven years. I attended dental hygiene school at the Oregon Institute of Technology. I moved from Medford to Roseburg in December 2010, and joined the team at Dr. Putman’s office. My husband, Brad and I have three teenage children at home and one son who “flew the coop”, and is living on his own. In my spare time, I enjoy snow skiing, riding quads and spending time with my family and my very adorable toy Pomeranian, Lexie.
